Sandi J. Kracht
Sandi is a Central Florida real-estate attorney who has handled residential closings and complex commercial transactions, represented developers in acquisitions and subdivision platting, and serves community associations across the region. She is a title-insurance agent for Old Republic National Title Insurance Company.
Biography
Sandi Kracht has practiced real-estate law in Central Florida for more than twenty years, handling hundreds of real-estate closings — from residential transactions to complex, multi-million-dollar commercial transactions involving the sales of gas stations, golf courses, and entire residential subdivisions.
She has represented numerous developers in the acquisition of real estate and the platting of subdivisions, including the initial drafting of governing documents for homeowners’ and condominium associations, and the drafting of easements, utility agreements, and contracts for the sale of lots to end users.
Sandi also represents homeowners’ and condominium associations throughout Central Florida, handling collection matters, covenant-enforcement disputes, and revisions to governing documents.
Before joining Kracht Law Firm, P.A. in April 2014, Sandi spent ten years as an associate attorney at a prominent downtown Orlando law firm, where she headed the firm’s real-estate department.
Sandi received her B.A. from Cornell University and her J.D. from Wake Forest University School of Law. She was admitted to The Florida Bar in 2004 and is admitted to practice in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Florida and the U.S. District Courts for the Middle and Southern Districts of Florida. She is a title-insurance agent for Old Republic National Title Insurance Company.
