Remote Online Closings in Florida: How RON Works

Since Florida authorized remote online notarization, many closing documents can be signed in a recorded audio-video session with identity verification, rather than in person at a closing table. For sellers out of state, buyers relocating, or parties abroad, a RON closing can eliminate travel entirely.
Not every document, not every lender
Whether a full RON closing is available depends on the documents involved, the lender’s requirements, and the parties’ circumstances.
